The "Mysterious Ballots" in the State Farm Arena footage are standard ballot carriers that were placed there in full view of the election observers. It is claimed that boxes filled with fraudulent ballots were snuck in under the table and counted after everybody left. This relies on intentional skips over the security camera footage. Empty ballot boxes are brought in for packing up for the night
Ballots yet to be counted are placed into the standard ballot carriers
From other camera, observers are seen at 10 PM, as workers are packing up ballots to be counted for tomorrow.
Lids are placed on the ballot carriers
Now that they have learned that counting wasn't supposed to stop at 10 PM, they are pulling out ballot carriers and opening them to continue counting the uncounted ballots that had been placed inside the carriers about 1 hour earlier.
Observers still present as people are packing up, having already been there to observe the so-called "mysterious boxes" being filled with uncounted ballots and placed under the table. Some are just beginning to leave.

The Ballot carriers - now filled with uncounted ballots expected to be counted the next day - are slid under the table.
